1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard
0.01lb - 1.99lb = $7.00
2lb - 4.99lb = $12.00
5lb - up= $16.00

Canada Shipping:
.01lb - 1.99lb = $25.00
2lb - 4.99lb = $35.00
5lb - 10lb = $45.00

International Standard (2-4 weeks)
0.01lb - 3.99lb = $35.00
4lb - 6.99lb = $50.00
7lb - 10lb = $65.00
Apologies to all our international fans for the alarmingly expensive shipping charges. We've done our best to minimize shipping costs charged to you, but due to factors beyond our control, international shipping is unusually expensive at the moment. Thanks for understanding.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.


3. CANCELLATIONS 
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at orders@mutemath.com


4. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit https://mutemath.com/policies/refund-policy


5. DELAYED ORDERS
In this case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for item's status. 


6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Mutemath is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.
